By downloading or using the Color Command mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Intellectual Property

You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.

3. Changes to the App

Brilworks is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

4. Advertising and Third Parties

The app does use third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. Our app uses Google AdMob for advertising. By using the app, you agree to comply with the terms of these third-party services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that access to it will be continuous or uninterrupted.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
